Mike joined the CCC staff in 2023, initially as a Pro Shop Attendant. He bring a wide range of experiences in retail and commercial sales, management, banking and accounting, most recently as a Staff Accountant with Belltown Farms of London and Philadelphia. A graduate of Jersey Shore Area Senior High School, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Penn College and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Mike resides in Lock Haven and is the proud parent of his dog Bentley and cat Sissy.

Ron Bickle | Golf Course Consultant
Ron Bickle has been the Golf Course Superintendent at Clinton Country Club since 1997. He started his career as an assistant Superintendent at Toftrees Resort located in State College, Pa. Before coming to Clinton Country Club he spent 12 years as the Golf Superintendent at Nittany Country Club, a 9 hole course located in Mingoville, Pa. Ron is a graduate of State College High School. He then completed the 2 year Turfgrass Management Program at Penn State and received the David S. Zimmerman Memorial Turfgrass Achievement Award. He is married to Holly Bickle, Office Manager of Clinton Country Club.

Brady Williams is originally from Lock Haven Pennsylvania, growing up just minutes down the road from Clinton Country Club. Growing up playing golf at CCC, running around chasing his ball as a child, Clinton Country Club is where his love for the game grew and where his fire and passion for the game of golf began.
Before joining Clinton Country Club, Brady served as Assistant Golf Professional at Centre Hills Country Club in State College Pennsylvania, Williamsport Country Club in Williamsport Pennsylvania, Johns Island Club in Vero Beach Florida, and served as the PGA intern at Bidermann Golf Club in Wilmington Delaware. Where he gained the knowledge and experience to create a professional and engaging atmosphere to provide to the membership. Brady is very passionate about instruction and providing the membership with opportunities to learn and grow within the game he grew to love, and hope to instill the passion and love for the game inside all that call Clinton Country Club their home. Growing the ladies and junior golf programs, executing new and exciting tournament opportunity with critical detail, offering a wide and attractive selection within the golf shop, and working with the fine patrons of CCC to create a personalized detailed instruction program to best improve their games are just a few points on a long list Brady is driven to provide to CCC

Brayden Blackwell grew up in Clinton County. He is a graduate of Central Mountain High School. While at Central Mountain High School he was a member of the Central Mountain High School golf team. Brayden grew up spending time at Clinton Country Club on the golf course. In addition to playing golf at CCC, Brayden started working at the age of 16. He was part of Ron Bickle’s summer maintenance crew. Brayden’s summers consisted of playing golf and working on the maintenance crew. Upon graduation from Central Mountain High School, Brayden entered the Pennsylvania State University Turf Grass Management Program. He has spent the last two years studying the finer points of turf management from one of the top programs in the country. During his stay at PSU, he completed an internship at Saucon Valley Country Club under the supervision of course Superintendent Cody Moyer. Saucon Valley Country Club is rated as one the top ten golf courses in Pennsylvania.
Brayden is excited to be back at Clinton Country Club as the Superintendent. He is looking forward to meeting and getting to know the members and their guests. Brayden is anxious to get started and give the golfers at CCC one the best golf courses in the area. A golf course they will be proud to call their home course.
